One of the boys here at the office just started a conversation about politics. He is, according to him, very "into" it.

He was talking about today's announcement about Tony Abbott as the biggest joke to ever hit politics. Another collegue asked if that encompassed just the land of Oz, or what? He said worldwide.

So I asked how he could possibly find Tony Abbott more farsical than George Dubya just for starters.

He changed his claim to just Oz.

Its clear he will just keep changing the rules, so I kept it to just Tony himself, not even just his party, and brought up the whole "Tony Abbott love-child fiasco" where the love child wasn't even his. (Kinda like the KRudd Ute - another non-story)

He. Had. Never. Heard. About. It.

My god. Do you have ANY idea how frustrating it is to work with teenage boys?

Oh, and by the way, he continued to assert himself as the most politically-knowledgeable "man" in the room. (Yes, the quotation marks ARE necessary when calling him a MAN)
