Obligatory Introductory Post

Ok guys & dolls, this is where I tell you how wonderfully exciting my life is and how grateful you should be to be allowed into my very deep and oh so individual psyche. Of course I will wax lyrical about how often I am planning to post, and the wonderfully thought out and inspiring direction my blog will take. Oh, and I mustn't forget to remind you how interesting my life is, and clue you in on how inspired my views are, whilst using subtle sub-text to ensure you know how special you should feel to be to be allowed a glimpse of my "world", using as many multi-syllabic words as I can muster to prove my intellectual superiority........

Fuck that shit!

In 100 words or less, here it is in a nutshell my as yet non-existant readers:

I'm a rapidly aging yet not-growing up nearly 30yr old with a rugrat and inadequate boyfriend. I work, I have a car and a house in the suburbs. I don't shave my legs as often as I should and have been known to be outside my front door in pj's after 3pm (and we aren't talking Sundays). I'm not about to win mother of the year nor is children's services on my door. I'm not a millionaire or a dole bludger. I'm not now, nor have I ever been a model. I'm not an author, aspiring or otherwise, but I can string a sentence or two together. I know a few big words, how to use them and spell them, but I'm a lazy bugger and often don't spellcheck or bother to punctuate correctly. I used to blog and stopped. Now I'm blogging again. I write for me not for you, but publish it on the internet instead of writing in a diary because I love the attention and feedback. Im ordinary and a contradiction. I'm special. (and can use that sentence honestly in both senses!)

Let's face it, nobody reads these, and even if you did, you'll make your own mind up. So on with the show!
